Service purpose

xmusic is a Telegram Mini App that helps users search publicly available music and, at the user’s request, deliver audio to their private Telegram chat.

Legal framework

• The service is an intermediary between the user and publicly accessible sources.
• We do not claim ownership of the underlying recordings or artwork.
• Delivery happens only after an explicit user request in the Mini App.
• Cached Telegram file identifiers may be reused solely to fulfil later requests for the same public item.
• Users are responsible for complying with copyright law and the terms of the source platforms.

Copyright claims

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights are infringed, send a written notice to [email protected] including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work (description and URL of the original)
• Identification of the material in this service (what and where)
• Your contact information (name, email, phone)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your signature (physical or electronic)

Incomplete or bad-faith notices will not be processed.

Repeat infringer policy

Accounts that receive three valid copyright complaints within six months may be permanently blocked.

Counter-notification

If material was disabled and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to [email protected] including:

• Identification of the material and its prior location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification
• Your name, contact information, and consent to jurisdiction
• Your signature (physical or electronic)

User responsibility

Users must ensure their use complies with local copyright law, platform terms of service, and applicable treaties. Obtain a proper license for commercial use.
